Wellbeing Life Coaching
Within my wellbeing coaching packages I work with a broad range of clients, within organisations, and on an individual basis. My clients are looking to create a better sense of wellbeing in their day to day life. They are wanting to step out of being constantly in overwhelm, to feel more in control of their day to day lives, and feel more energise and motivated to work towards the life they desire long term.
My coaching packages are flexible and adaptable to meet with the needs of my clients. However I do recommend as a starting point a 6 month commitment with one/two coaching session a month. And following this foundational package we can then work to create a more flexible package based around your personal development needs.
